Cylinder Heads & Camshaft Bearing Caps

The two most demanding parts we make. A cylinder head carries intake and exhaust ports and a water jacket, so wall-thickness consistency and internal soundness matter most. Gravity cast, metal checked every heat, T6 heat treated, then the combustion face and camshaft bores are machined in one clamping. Bearing caps are machined as a matched pair with the head.

Intake Manifolds & Intake Pipes

Our highest-volume family. The manifold is a thin-walled part with complex runners, where internal surface finish directly affects airflow. Flange flatness and hole position are the controlled characteristics on intake pipes; parts are leak tested before dispatch where the drawing requires it.

Valve Bodies, Seats & Coolant Parts

A group of small, precise parts that came in with China IV emissions. The China VI valve body is gravity cast, with valve ports, flange faces and hole patterns machined on machining centres and leak-tested before shipment. The EGR valve seat is finish-machined to seal against the valve body; inlet and outlet pipes are pressure tested for coolant leaks. Thermostat covers and throttle connection pipes ship as assemblies.

Valve Covers & Timing Chain Covers

Large, thin-walled parts with a wide sealing face. Flatness and hole position decide whether the engine leaks oil, so both are checked part by part. High-volume models run on high-pressure die casting; complex or low-volume models stay on gravity casting.

Gear Chambers & Rear Gear Chambers

The mounting base for the timing gears, where bore position sets gear backlash. Die cast as one piece, then bores and faces are finished in a single clamping so concentricity is not lost to a second set-up.

Oil Pans & Oil Strainers

Large projected area, thin walls — demanding on press tonnage and die temperature control. Sealing-face flatness and thread strength are the key characteristics. Strainer assemblies are welded and supplied ready to fit on the line.

Heaters & Turbo Oil Return Pipes

Cold-start heating and turbo lubrication. The heater is an aluminium housing with an embedded electric element, tested one by one before packing. Oil return pipes, dipstick tubes and dipsticks are controlled on end dimensions and weld strength.

Brackets, Covers & Housings

The largest group by part count and the smallest by weight, mostly die cast. Accessory and A/C compressor brackets carry whole-engine vibration, so thread strength and mounting-face flatness lead. Oil pump covers, vacuum pump seats and rear seal housings are leak tested after machining.

Plastic Parts & Welded Assemblies

A second line beyond aluminium. Engine covers and timing covers are injection moulded and colour matched to the customer's sample; oil separators and filler caps are specified for sealing and oil resistance; strainer tubes are welded assemblies.
